I was pleased to see the kids working as a team and the match captains organising their defensive lines. The support play was very good and I was happy to see our team getting the maximum 6 tackles in, causing a turnover in play. The pitches are larger this year and believe we can work on getting the ball into the open spaces a little better. There were some great individual tries, but even more impressive was the great team work and the overall unity and work rate from the kids. Their listening skills were also much improved this week. Well done to everyone for playing in the unpleasant weather conditions. An impressive start to the season!
