Last Sunday saw a small number of the U8's travel to Hull to play in the Hull Ionians Festival. We managed to field 2 teams, although both a bit depleted so borrowed players from the opposition to make up our numbers. It's always good to see that the Wetherby players treat the borrowed players like their own team mates. We played 4 games each and there was some great rugby. The coaches commented on some great passing and really good tagging going on from the boys.Our trophy winners were Harry Davies, Charlie Littlefair, Harry McCully and Harry Gardner. Well done all.
