Please be advised that the Club's will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Grange Park on Monday 13th May 2024, starting promptly at 19:30 hours.

Whilst open to all to attend, only those who hold membership will be entitled to vote. If you would like to attend in a voting capacity but do not currently hold membership, contact HonSec@wetherbyrufc.com to arrange membership.

Please find attached the proposed Agenda and clear instructions on how to submit any matters for AOB as well as submit nominations (either for yourself or others) for Club Officer/Trustee, as well as other Club roles. In order to make this simpler and quicker, you are also able to submit your AOB / nominations electronically using this link. Feel free to submit as many responses as you feel necessary (also only for the use by Club Members).

All submissions/nominations must be with the Club Secretary by the end of Friday 10th May 2024.
