Wow - what a weekend! The Newcastle Falcon's won (which we like to think was down to the fantastic support Wetherby minis section gave them) and we had two great games of rugby at Morpeth and Gateshead RFC - big thanks for hosting us as we do come en masse! The weather was absolutely amazing which always helps a tour go well.

Thank you again to all our sponsors and also a big shout out to Reays who spent the weekend ensuring we arrived everywhere on time and in comfort. The Reays team had to endure some amazing singing and I am sure will find themselves humming 'Swing Low' all week!

Most importantly - and one of the reasons we tour as a minis group with U7s right through to U11s, are the new friendships that were forged both among the kids and the adults which only helps to keep the amazing spirit of the rugby family we have at Wetherby RUFC.
