Help Shape our Future at Grange Park

Hello, I am contacting you on behalf of the Grange Park sports club in my role as Chairman of the rugby club.

An opportunity exists to buy the land we use every week and so secure the long-term future of rugby and football facilities for our clubs and for the local area. The project scoped out so far will also improve the car park and create pathways to improve access onto the playing areas.

To help us make the project a reality, we have three requests at this time. Firstly, we want to understand your thoughts on how Grange Park can develop. For this, we have a short (only seven questions) online survey that we would like you to complete before next Sunday, 2nd June

Secondly, please send the link to at least two people in the area that are not involved in Grange Park and ask them to complete the survey.

Finally, we will need to contribute at least £70,000 to the project to secure a grant for the balance of the cost. Our recent and very successful beer festival will be supporting this but that does not cover the full match funding, so we are asking you to consider if you will make a financial contribution to the project.

Contributions can be either donations or loans to be paid back over several years. We will not need to receive any contributions before the autumn, so making a pledge before June 9th is sufficient at this time. All contributions will be kept confidential.

Please send details of your pledge(s) and any questions to Arthur Probert, Grange Park Hon. Secretary via arthur.probert@wetherbyrufc.com.

Thank you in advance for helping us develop our future at Grange Park.
