Wetherby travel to Wensleydale hoping to continue impressive start to season

Crusaders in action against Yarnbury 5s at Grange Park

Wetherby have fond memories of travelling to Wensleydale and a game in particular in the snow which dented their promotion rivals momentum and pushed Wetherby back into Yorkshire Four. It has taken three seasons for Wensleydale to escape Yorkshire Five and will be hoping to lay down a marker that hey are here to stay when they host the Reds this weekend.

Wetherby will be without top points scorer Conor Sheridan, but do welcome back Andrew Trotman and Rob Adair. Liam Hogan will be available again after suspension.

Kick off at Cawkill Park is 3:00pm.

Wetherby Crusaders were due to play Wensleydale 2s at Grange Park, but unfortunately they opposition were unable to field a team. They will now face Yarnbury 5s in a 3:00pm kick off at Grange Park.
