15 months is a long time in rugby. Wetherby were dominated in the scrum and fell to a 13-8 loss away at Sheffield Oaks. But since then the Reds are much improved and will be looking to toast promotion to Yorkshire 3 with a win this weekend.
Earlier in the season the Reds ran in 20 tries against Oaks, on the way to a 136-0 record breaking victory, but are taking nothing for granted as they travel to Hillsborough this weekend.
There rivals have had a tough season and currently sit bottom of Yorkshire Division Four. However things have started to pick up and lost narrowly against promotion chasing York RI last week. The scalp of the Reds will be a huge victory as they strive for survival.
The reds are almost at full strength and go in looking to take their unbeaten run to 26 games, a run that ironically started against the same team.
