The first session will be on Tuesday 29th at 7pm, and will be an entry level session to explain the exercises.
Tuesdays will generally be fitness, strength training + some sprint work with some T+P
Thursdays will be sprint training, plyometrics + 7's/10's training including some contact.
We are keen to start next season in good shape in order to win the league. Please attend -- bring a friend -- it will be fun.
The U16's, U17's and U18's are most welcome too, all contact work will be age restricted so U16-U18 will not be up against Seniors. Parental permission is required for all U16, U17 and U18 to attend any sessions.
